Bringing people together to achieve goals.
I’ve always dreamt about bringing people together to do big, extraordinary things that have a lot of impact. I think this has to tie back to my background of coming from Nigeria and understanding the impacts of infrastructure and how that can improve the standard of living. Being with Bechtel, I could see how I could be a part of that — I could learn how to bring people together to achieve such goals.
