Project Overview:

TROJENA (The Mountains of NEOM) will be an iconic, world-class destination, blending natural and developed landscapes and will offer unique experiences for residents and visitors alike. Located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia in the region of Tabuk just 50km from the coast, TROJENA will be a destination like no other on earth. Based upon the principles of eco-tourism facilities will include a folded vertical village, a lake with water sports and event facilities, high altitude ski village, observatory, world leading health and wellbeing facilities and a nature reserve which will be home to unique wildlife, heritage sites and exploration opportunities.

With over 3,600 hotel, 2,200 homes, 9 iconic buildings and 100 world class indoor and outdoor experiences Trojena will become the ultimate mountain destination. Bechtel will provide a full range of project management services to support the delivery of this iconic destination.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will coordinate development and author project reporting including cross-functional input, compiling information received, status input, incorporating into reporting deliverables, and reviewing for quality. You will assist in basic cost control, schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and programs. Your attention to detail and support will be key to project success.
 

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide and manage cost control by recording project cost and progress under Project Controls Lead direction.
• Assists in preparing cost data for Expenditure and Cash Flow preparation and reconciliation.
• Set up and maintain tracking reports for submittal of Monthly Progress Invoices.
• Record inception to date expenditure and prepare the monthly progress report / Contract Status reports.
• Participate in resolving and expediting invoice processing restraints between construction, F&A, Revenue, etc.
• Participate in assisting client’s Planning & Budget Department regarding construction budgets/expenditure for each work plan.
• Plans, organizes, and directs preparation of specific budgets. Assists in developing requirements for budgeting standards.
• Identifies or defines data sources and techniques for data acquisition and collects required data.
• Ensure proper monitoring, management and close out of projects.
• Report on a regular basis to management and liaise when necessary, with other disciplines in the project team and the owner's organization.  
   

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
   

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum five (5) years related work experience.
• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis
