Role Overview

Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of reimbursable time and material contract. Assists with implementation of contract administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks. Conducts investigations and inquiries into hourly quantity verification and allocation of appropriate rates.

 

General Job Duties:

  • Maintains review of Contractor’s payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Analyzes Contractor’s charges to ensure compliance with Contract.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
