Job Summary:
Bechtel Equipment Operations is seeking a qualified candidate coordinate our Project Services division. As the BEO Project Services/Heavy Haul Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing movement of crews and equipment between various project locations to support Heavy Haul, Barge Offload, Jacking, Gantry, Concrete Pump and Vac Truck operations. This includes shipping notices for trucking, site orientation scheduling, timesheet/charge code verification and coordination between site supervisors to understand schedules and necessary resources. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits that will require travel to project-based locations. #LI-TH1
Major Responsibilities:
- Advanced knowledge of SPMT operations including review of engineering deliverables.
- Evaluate transportation requirements for movement of equipment between job sites and generating shipping notices.
- Review timesheets/gate logs for all crews working across multiple project locations for accurate accounting of hours, charge codes and approval.
- Tracking and transferring locations and quantities of staging equipment utilizing ToolHound.
- Coordinate with site supervision and management for planning personnel and equipment required to meet schedule.
- Generate parts and material requisitions, verify receipt of requisitions and input receipt of material into DSCS.
- Create personnel requisitions and support tracking and input of personnel evaluation and training requirements or completions.
- Must be able to work jobsite hours and overtime as required.
- Will require extensive travel between office and project locations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Will be required to support engineering deliverable development including gathering vendor drawings required from Aconex.
- May required visits to vendor facilities and participation in additional training associated with all aspects of project support services.
- Operating SPMT, jacking, ballasting and gantry equipment as necessary to support site operations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of SPMT operations.
- Competent SPMT operator with prior operating experience and completion of SPTM training by manufacturer or equivalent.
- Extensive supervisory experience of direct hire Craft Professions of various disciplines.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with time tracking, crew transfers and charging codes utilizing Etrack
- Ability to understand and explain present to operating crews the setup and execution details of engineering deliverable for heavy haul and barge operations.
- Able to utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software to communicate and develop documents necessary for works.

Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
- 12-hour shift
- Weekends as needed.
