Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) expert to join our team. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen to configure, support, and optimize our Enterprise Asset Management system. You will collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business objectives.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 production support for the HxGN EAM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and system issues.
- Configure and customize HxGN EAM to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Lead data migration, integration, and conversion projects.
- Optimize system performance through database management and query tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and optimize inventory management processes.
- Configure and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
- Manage HxGN EAM mobile solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understand and communicate the impact of system changes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working with HxGN EAM (Infor EAM) or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and database management, preferably with Oracle
- Experience with HxGN EAM configuration, including creating and modifying screens, forms, and workflows.
- Familiarity with web services, REST APIs, and integration technologies.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with HxGN EAM modules, including Equipment, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Inventory.
- Proficiency in configuring and using HxGN EAM's reporting tools.
- Experience with HxGN EAM modules such as Purchasing, Budget, and Projects.
- Knowledge of HxGN EAM's extensibility framework and customization capabilities.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such Cognos, or Power BI
- Understanding of data modeling and database design principles
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid work ethic and self-motivation
- Experience in configuring and using HxGN EAM's Checklist functionality.
- Familiarity with HxGN EAM's multi-organization capabilities.
Preferred:
- HxGN EAM certification or relevant asset management certifications
- Experience with HxGN EAM Alert Management, DataBridge, or ION
- Knowledge of mobile applications for HxGN EAM
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 55000
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
