Job Summary:

General — The AI and Robotics Innovation Intern will support and accomplish the successful completion of innovation initiatives from conception through pilot. The successful candidate will report to the Bechtel Equipment Operations (BEO) Innovation Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop Implementation packages
• Update Construction Procedures and Work processes necessary to support innovation initiatives
• Member of a multidisciplinary team to complete implementation plans and institutionalization strategies
• Championing the communication associated with innovation activities on projects
• Provide inputs Construction inputs for project implementation roll out plans in support of project goals
• Work on project floor or job-site during implementation to provide hands on training to upskill the project team to ensure project team members embrace the change

Education and Experience Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, or Master of Science (MS) degree, from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related scientific field.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient with a variety of communication means and methods
• Expertise with Ideation tools and techniques
• Experience as a change agent
• Basic knowledge and understanding of AI and Robotics Principles
