Mining and Metals:
Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries. This shift to clean energy—and the need for commodities—is critical to underpinning the energy transition. Job Summary:
Thos role will be responsible for organizing, supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of the services offered by the organization. The main task is to coordinate the team, manage the available resources and ensure that the established quality standards are met.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervising the development of the services.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities to the staff in charge.
- Controling the efficient use of material and human resources.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of users or customers through continuous monitoring and evaluation.
- Ensuring the provision of quality services.
- Optimizing internal processes to increase efficiency.
- Resolving incidents or problems that may arise during the provision of the services.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree in administration, industrial engineering or personnel and resource management associated with services, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Camp Administration and/or General Service positions, preferably in large-scale, high-value and complexity EPC/EPCM projects or related to the Construction Industry.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in developing plans and implementing processes and procedures.
- Demonstrable previous experience in managing these services.
- Knowledge of hospitality, food and staff transport services and the challenges of working on mining projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of personal integrity.
- Availability to work in shifts at remote site.
