Mining and Metals:
Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries. Job Summary:
In this role, you will handle project labor relations activities, leading complex employee relations investigations, and resolving employee disputes including work stoppages. You will interpret contracts, enforce work rules, and participate in negotiations. Your work will facilitate positive labor relations on the construction project, minimizing problems that may lead to work stoppages and schedule delays.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, organizing, and inspecting the development and operations related to camp including maintenance, security, medical, food resale store, kiosks, recreation, camp feeding activities, transportation, and sanitation conditions.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex problems related to craft logistics.
- Working between functions to organize and streamline craft logistics activities.
- Interfacing with craft, supervisors, union reps, subcontractors, client personnel or others to communicate and deliver craft logistics efficiently.
- Contributing to writing scopes of work for camp, cleaning, catering, accommodation, sanitation, or other services.
- Contributing to selection of services providers in the contract bid process.
- Attending subcontractor meetings to identify issues and ensure preparedness for service provision and writes Contractual letters for Subcontracts team to send to service providers.
Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Camp and hospitality service management skills, catering service management; food; chemical toilets, etc.), chemical toilet service management and waste removal.
- Knowledge on the use of leisure time of the workforce.
- Knowledge in the review and analysis of payment statements.
- Experience in the administration of camp and hospitality, in EPCM mode from the position of Limited Agent.
- Experience in the administration and provision of services, in EPCM mode from the position of Limited Agent.
- Experience of a stoppage in a mining construction project..
- Experience in the evaluation of user satisfaction, regarding the services delivered to the workforce.
