Role Overview

Provides HR Advisory Services support and guidance to Employees, Supervisors and Managers including but not limited to: 

  • Support Employees, Supervisors and Managers across all Global Business Units (GBU) with queries about HR services 
  • Engage with specialists to resolve queries for employees, Supervisors and Managers 
  • Supporting people transaction activities by ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions in TalentWorks, SAP and relevant systems 
  • Manage and expedite resolution of requests from Employees, Managers and Supervisors 
  • May be involved in projects, such as annual total compensation process, to deliver guidance and assistance to managers 
  • Diagnose, coach and /or advise managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challenges 
  • Collaborate and/or escalate across functions to solve problems, working with others to resolve significant issues, clarify or interpret information, and/ or provide initial problem definition and potential solutions 
  • Perform root cause analysis on issues with varying degree of complexity in order to recommend and execute applicable solutions 
  • Provide basic reporting data/metrics as requested 


This is a great career development opportunity for an HR professional to provide HR guidance to Supervisors and Managers in support of their people management activities. Promotes self-service behavior across the region. Provides an opportunity to build broader HR knowledge across Business Unit, Region and country experience as part of a global Service Delivery team.  Acts as a key focal point and contact for Supervisors and Managers to assist with HR issues and resolutions.  Coordinates with subject matter experts across several HR disciplines. 


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English with fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills 
  • Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships 
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities 
  • Must have the legal right to work in country where the Service Delivery will be performed without visa sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Work experience within or more of the following areas:  Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Staffing and Recruitment, HR master data/systems knowledge within SAP/TalentWorks or other global HR systems 
  • Multilingual capabilities 
  • Lived or worked outside of country of origin 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.)  
  • Mobility – available to travel or relocate to temporary or long-term project assignments if needed
