Project Overview:

Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide oversight of IT staff, operations, and services for projects with a broad range of scope and activities. You will define and set IT goals, schedules, and divisions of responsibility and be responsible for resource planning, developing strategies, staffing plans, and project budgets. Your guidance and mentorship will drive successful project activities and execution.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides I&D strategic, governance and operational oversight for a corporate discipline or GBU with multiple small/medium sized projects across regions
- Manages I&D resources to execute I&D strategies and plans.
- Provides financial management of I&D operational costs.
- Reviews and negotiates contractual requirements of 3rd parties and software/hardware vendor agreements.
- Manages Application portfolio lifecycle and associated processes and standards.
- Drives the institutionalization of best practices for portfolio and systems management.
- Leads and influences the business on selection of GBU automation solutions and technology.
- Shapes and sets the direction to align I&D execution approach with business requirements.
- Manages the I&D Governance framework and benchmarking/KPI’s on I&D performance.
- Influences cybersecurity awareness to drive cultural change.
- Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- What are the most important knowledge and skills (includes technical skills) that are needed UPON ENTRY to do the job successfully?
- What 3 to 5 KEY factors (ex. prior experience) should be used to determine qualification for the position?
