Testing & Commissioning Handover Coordinator

General Job Description

Responsible for implementing the document management program for the CWJV Testing & Commissioning group ensuring the test data/documents from 30+ sub-contractors comply with the process for electronic turnover via Aconex to the client. Will include working with Testing and Commissioning engineers assigned at multiple locations at the Riyadh Metro Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Position Duties / Responsibilities

 

  • Apply the procedures and processes for management of sub-contractor documents/data.

     

  • Maintain the completions module software for test documentation tracking.

     

  • Coordinate closely with Delivery Teams for turnover of systems and Documentation.

     

  • Schedule and coordinate turnover walkdowns

     

  • Maintain reports to track the document completion progress.

 

  • Provide input to project management, project controls.

 

 

Supervision Received

Receives operational surveillance, administrative supervision and technical guidance from the CWJV T&C Handover Manager.

 

Supervision Exercised

 

Monitor and provided direction to the sub-contractors, Vendors & Installation Teams for document management.

 

Contacts

 

Maintains good relationships with Client, office and project management personnel.   Represents Testing & Commissioning on project teams as assigned.

 

Job Knowledge

 

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a Visa to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Aconex
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook and Word. 
  • Must be willing to travel to all jobsite locations on the project.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with the management and turnover of Testing and Commissioning test data/documentation.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime.
