Project Overview:

The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.
The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.

Job Summary:

Coordinates engineering stakeholder interfaces and information exchange for assigned scopes. Supports alignment between engineering disciplines, project functions, and external stakeholders. Performs work independently within defined procedures and policies. 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates engineering interfaces with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Tracks stakeholder requirements, comments, and commitments related to engineering scope 
  • Supports timely communication and resolution of stakeholder actions 
  • Interfaces with engineering disciplines to support consolidated responses and alignment 
  • Coordinates engineering inputs to stakeholder reviews, approvals, and workshops 
  • Supports integration of stakeholder requirements into engineering deliverables 
  • Maintains stakeholder registers, action logs, and interface tracking tools 
  • Supports identification, documentation, and follow‑up of engineering‑related issues 
  • Supports engineering schedule integration related to stakeholder reviews and approvals 
  • Identifies stakeholder‑related risks and supports mitigation actions 
  • Ensures coordination activities align with project execution requirements 
  • Supports compliance with engineering procedures, work processes, and approval protocols 
  • Prepares coordination summaries, status updates, and meeting records 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience  
  • 8–10+ years relevant experience in engineering coordination, interface management, or stakeholder engagement 
  • Experience on EPC or PMC project environments preferred 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Engineering execution and discipline interfaces 
  • Stakeholder and interface management principles 
  • Document and information control awareness 
  • Schedule and risk coordination fundamentals 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
