Bechtel is seeking a Marketing Professional to join the Jubail, SA team. In the Marketing and Investment Specialist role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of industry professional across the globe to support the Team.

The professional shall have to provide all related services in the domain of “Marketing and Investment Promotion” to continuously increase the investment in Royal Commission Cities by developing appropriate channels of communication with potential investors, service providers compatible with the existing tenants/players/service provider environment within the Royal Commission cities, by developing necessary proactive marketing strategies / tactics and successfully implementing them.



Job Responsibilities:


  • Playing supportive roles in the Implementation of marketing strategy in compliance with policies objectives, procedures and achieving goals and supporting in their evolutionary development as needed such effective communication is ensured and subsequent investment promotion is maximized.
  • Oversees the implementation of operations plans, policies, procedures and transition/migration plan and playing supportive roles in creating an enhanced exposure about RC Cities and their unique competitiveness to the potential investors (domestic and international) and thereby attracting investments.


Budgeting and Control:


  • Assists in development and implementation of business plans while ensuring to work within defined budget parameters. Monitors costs and resources in day-to-day activities.
  • Playing supportive, assisting roles in making budgets.


Operational Tasks:


  • Identify and Develop appropriate channels of communication with potential investors that are compatible with the tenants/players/service provider environment within the Royal Commission cities and develop the necessary proactive marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Performs supportive roles in making situation analysis to determine Marketing strategies/methodologies/tools/programs in accordance with the dynamics in regional, global industrial trends to prioritize (quick wins) and play supporting roles in implementation of the same according to the priority.
  • Conduct research to identify preferences and other relevant information for potential investors to assist management in the decision-making process.
  • Identifies based on available data, communication channels and media from the publicity necessary to attract potential investors.
  • Understand “Unique selling proposition/Unique attractions in RC Cities” and ensure effective, efficient communication to reach out the target investors.
  • Coordinates with other departments within the sector to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Launching approved marketing campaigns and coordinating with the necessary parties for publishing purposes.
  • Provides the necessary expertise during the implementation of new operations plans, policies, procedures and transition plans/transformation while ensuring they are consistent with the overall goals and objectives of Royal Commission
  • Periodically review the marketing strategy/tools/programs and prioritize them according to the situational analysis findings.
  • Playing supportive roles in conducting surveys/studies to exactly list the target potential investors, Original Equipment Manufacturers, service providers in the industrial, commercial, residential, utility and infrastructure sectors and derive plans to prominently get them exposed to RC cities’ business opportunities.
  • Extending support in the implementation of the plan so derived.
  • Assist in other Marketing and Investment promotion related works, special projects required by the Royal Commission.
  • Carry out or assist in special projects as needed.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience Marketing and Investing. 
  • 8 Years of experience in the field of Marketing, Advertising and investment promotion.
  • Knowledge of global industrial trends and their effect on economics within the region.



 Basic Behavioral:


  • Time Management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using MS Office tools and dynamic reporting for presentations.
  • Skill in oral and written communication.
  • Competent knowledge in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Ability to provide strong, active leadership to adopt and enforce a consistent approach that nurtures a culture of creativity, innovation and empowerment.
