POSITION SUMMARY:

The National Project Management Organization (NPMO), known as Mashroat, has been established with the aim of improving the Saudi government’s capital expenditure program, to enable government entities’ project management offices to develop and improve related policies and create a dynamic ecosystem to deliver efficient and effective projects with the greatest impact.  We are looking for an Knowledge Transfer Manager to join the team to manage the organizations’ capability building program:

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Knowledge Transfer/Capability Building

  • Implements and manages capability building in Mashroat via the knowledge transfer (Learning Partner) program
  • Utilizes the Learning Management System and tools to conduct Training Needs Analysis’ to feed into training planning schedules to support capability building
  • Facilitates workshops to onboard and support capability assessments and professional development planning within the knowledge transfer program.
  • Researches, assembles and evaluates information or data regarding industry practices or legislative changes affecting organisational development; recommends sound and practical solutions
  • Monitors applications and progress of the knowledge transfer program and applicable L&D policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Prepares and presents reports and metrics to program management.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 10 years Bechtel experience in similar roles
  • Experience in conceptualizing and implementing elements of Learning and Development and/or capability building programs
  • Experience in one or more Human Resources disciplines (Reward, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations.)
  • Skill in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability, Arabic speaking an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Bechtel’s organizational structure, Corporate HR policies, practices and procedures
  • Sound knowledge of the Saudi Arabia labor law preferred

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA or Masters in Human Resources or Learning Management or related subject
  • CIPD/SHR qualified.
