Job Summary:
In this role, the Deputy Country Manager will be responsible to oversees office operation, vendor management, and accommodation & logistics management while serving as the primary liaison with legal teams, government entities, and the projects. The role ensures compliance with regulations, supports HR functions, provides operational and administrative support across the organization.

Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise Office Manger & Government Affairs Lead and overlook their activities.
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, including occupancy licenses, labor compliance, parking management, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage office lease agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations.
- Validate and approve office-related invoices, including utilities, consumables, and maintenance expenses.
- Manage office assets disposal process.
- Review and approve vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Administer and oversee accommodation leases for office staff, ensuring efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the renewal process for SABCO health insurance with Benefits Department, ensuring continuous access to healthcare services for employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Ministry of Justice and MHRSD, ensuring timely communication of legal alerts and updates.
- Collaborate with legal teams on labor and commercial cases, providing insights, advice, and strategic recommendations to support case resolution.
- Issue Power of Attorney (POA) documents to project managers, local counsel, and project employees for EJAR tenancy-related matters.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key government entities, including RCRC, MISA, and MOC, to ensure compliance and successful collaboration.
- Act as a representative of the company in government and client-related discussions.
- Partner with country HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance with local labor laws.
- Provide strategic and administrative support to project-specific HR teams for any issues that arise
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Legal, Compliance Laws and Entity/office licenses requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
