Role Overview:
With direction from the TM Program Design Manager, the Senior Talent Management Specialist is responsible for the design and development of a broad scope of Talent management programs to meet enterprise priorities.   The Senior Talent Management Specialist will lead and collaborate on agile problem-solving teams to develop solutions for change management initiatives, competencies and career pathing, learning and development, organizational design, organizational development, performance management, and other TM programs across the globe.


Detailed Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Designs, develops, and pilots a broad scope of Talent Management and Organizational Development programs to meet business and HR priorities. 
  • Designs and develops Change Management plans that support the successful implementation of Talent Management programs.
  • Leads organizational design projects for internal customer organizations.
  • Leads and participates in agile teams to design and develop a broad scope of Talent Management programs and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across Human Resources and the business.  
  • Can translate high level strategy into detailed program design for areas of responsibilities. 
  • Conduct data analysis and provide status updates and recommendations, which are aligned with the overall TM strategy.
  • Conduct data analysis related to Talent Management program design, development and evaluation to include analyzing existing TM data, collecting data from surveys, focus groups, or other relevant sources.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related discipline with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility. 
  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing Talent Management programs and solutions for the enterprise or specific business lines. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams to accomplish Talent Management priorities for an organization. 
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing organizational change for medium to large cultural change efforts.
  • Experience leading organizational design efforts for divisions, departments, or business lines within an organization.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to develop Talent Management Programs.
  • Experience facilitating focus groups to collect data to support program design and development.
  • Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
