Senior Global Compensation Analyst

Role Overview:

The Senior Global Compensation Analyst participates in the design, analysis, execution, and compliance with compensation programs globally. This individual will focus on the ongoing strategic development of competitive base salary, recognition, and variable pay programs and policies globally across the varied industries and markets in which the organization works.


Job Duties:

  • Acts as a strategic business advisor, collaborates with HR business partners and regional HR teams to provide compensation solutions, expertise, and support on the full spectrum of base salary programs and policies issues, ensuring alignment with strategic business and operational objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in global compensation.
  • Identifies and leverages industry trends and best practices to ensure compensation programs, policies, and processes are current, effective, and meet business goals.
  • Participates in all major strategic compensation initiatives, including job architecture implementation and pay equity.
  • Participates in the annual compensation planning process.
  • Conducts global benchmarking analysis for major locations and functions.
  • Works with HR business partners and People Operations to ensure compliance with compensation programs and practices with legislative requirements globally in the areas of base salary, overtime, workweek, special allowances, bonus programs, and other statutory provisions.
  • Participates in the development and monitoring of enterprise-wide compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures globally.
  • Prepares and analyzes metrics and other reporting processes to monitor internal practices and track and report out on trends.
  • Acts as a back up to the Executive Compensation and Benefits Administrator.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field or equivalent experience/combined education with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or 12 years of overall related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare executive management level reports and presentations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed, focused execution.
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships across functions to deliver solutions and services that meet business needs; excellent consultative skills.
  • Strong understanding and use of HRIS systems (SAP and SuccessFactors preferred) and survey management tools (PayFactors preferred), metrics, and planning tools to support compensation programs.
  • Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs). Possesses ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups in Excel.
  • Possess a CCP certification or willingness to do so.
  • Telework schedule requires in office one week per month.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a CCP certification.
