Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide support to the organization using advanced knowledge of applications, software, and user security applications. You will analyze software systems, integrations, and requirements and identify and resolve complex technical issues. By providing this support, you directly contribute to enhanced efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business success at Bechtel. #LI-MJ1
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the organization utilizing advanced knowledge of applications, system-level software, user security and general computing applications
- Analyzes the software systems, integrations, and requirements of the organization
- Develops complex scripts, dashboards, reporting, and applications for support
- Identifies and resolves the complex technical issues with internal and external project team including software vendors
- Provide technical support to RCA and problem management processes
- Maintains and updates technical documents and procedures
- Possesses full ownership of scheduled system processes
- Manages maintenance plans and license and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
- Participates in Project reviews and application requirements
- Possesses ability to be conversant with Functional and EPC work processes for the specified field of support
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in the deployment and support of automation platforms (e.g. TEAMWorks, Synchro, ACC, EHS Insights, Devonway).
- Proficiency in the configuration of the digital workflow applications
- Understanding of data integration and digital twin concepts.
- Understanding of data modeling in a RDBMS (PL/SQL, MSSQL)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
