The L&D Specialist will be responsible for the detailed design and delivery of learning solutions across the region, primarily in the areas of leadership development, D&I, new hire orientation, and performance management.



  • Support the development and detailed design of Talent Management (TM) / L&D Programs at the Regional / Country Level
  • Deliver learning solutions at the regional / country level in areas including, but not limited to:
    • Leadership development
    • D&I
    • New hire orientation
    • Performance Management
  • Create an engaging learning climate and employ a variety of facilitation tools and techniques, including a discovery learning approach, to increase participation and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of learning objectives.
  • Liaise regularly and provide support to TM colleagues and assigned Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM strategy.
  • Support TM Specialists in the administration of assessment and feedback tools and other leadership tools as required for assigned region; may facilitate feedback meetings with coaching.
  • Work to continuously improve relevance, effectiveness, and delivery of talent related programs through evaluation, data analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Complete ad hoc TM tasks as required


Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Level 1: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, L&D or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time, or 8 years of overall experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Level 2: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, L&D or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of related experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time, or 10 years of overall experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of training programs/learning solutions using facilitation and communication skills/techniques to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in HRMS Systems tools and application (e.g. SAP, TalentWorks, and PowerBI).
  • Working knowledge of matrix organizational structure.
  • Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Data analytics skills and abilities.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR or L&D certification.
  • Practitioner in at least 1 diagnostic tool (e.g. Hogan, Insights, MBTI, 360, EQ).
