Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Coordinator to join our Global Diversity and Inclusion team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the coordination of D&I initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate the D&I programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will assist with including but not limited to relationship building, university and community partnerships, HR engagements, project team outreach efforts, networking opportunities, BRG programming, professional society, and regional meetings. Your support will help increase awareness and deepen understanding of diversity and inclusion at Bechtel.  #LI-KL1

Major Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of workshops and events.
    • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and materials distribution.
    • Track program metrics, including attendance, engagement, and impact.
  • Assessments:
    • Support the administration of assessments, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as, working group and meeting coordination.
    • Assist in developing action plans based on assessment findings.
  • Business Resource Group (BRG) Support:
    • Provide administrative support to BRGs, including scheduling meetings and assistance with organizing events.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between BRGs and the broader organization.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
