Job Summary:
We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Communications Specialist to support key communications projects across our global Corporate Affairs team. This individual will work closely with the Global Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs and report directly to the chief of staff. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communications skills, is highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to build and refine a broad communications skillset while contributing to high-impact, high-visibility work.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.#LI-KL1
Major Responsibilities:
- Support internal and external communications initiatives, including messaging, content development, and project management.
- Draft, edit, and refine communications materials such as communications plans, talking points, briefing documents, executive summaries, and leadership updates.
- Partner with colleagues across Corporate Affairs to move strategic projects forward.
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of high-visibility projects.
- Conduct research and synthesize findings to inform communications strategies and decision-making.
- Assist with meeting prep, follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration in support of the Global Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs.
- Help coordinate editorial planning for a key company-wide newsletter.
- Stay attuned to industry trends, team priorities, and organizational goals to help shape forward-looking narratives and messaging.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Level 1
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
Level 2
- Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working across teams and engaging with senior leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
- Experience supporting executive communications or high-visibility initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with internal communications, media relations, and digital content development.
