Job Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a senior Deployment Specialist within the CWE Professional Development team, leading the rollout of learning and development programs across Bechtel offices and sites worldwide. You will rapidly synthesize complex technical and program content, facilitate high‑quality virtual and in‑person training sessions, and ensure seamless execution through logistics, data‑driven evaluation, and in collaboration with project teams and SMEs. Your work will drive adoption of learning initiatives, strengthen program effectiveness through analytics and field insights, and maintain internal database and reporting that sustain operational excellence across the CWE organization. #LI-TH1 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate data, diagnose performance gaps, and develop targeted interventions that lead to measurable improvements in program quality and learner outcomes.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end program logistics, scheduling, enrollment, and site preparation for training programs.
  • Facilitate virtual and in‑person learning sessions, serving as the primary delivery representative for deployment across Bechtel offices and sites, globally.
  • Drive learner engagement and program adoption enterprise‑wide through active communication, coaching, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track and monitor engagement, adoption, participation, and rollout progress using performance metrics to build Power BI dashboards.
  • Compile, interpret, and report survey data and program effectiveness measures to evaluate impact and guide improvements.
  • Maintain learning database and ensure seamless integration with SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and other deployment systems
  • Provide continuous feedback to the Design team, surface field insights, support revision cycles, and assist CWE Operations as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint
  • Experience with learning evaluation strategies and feedback cycles
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with project stakeholders and site teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts quickly and skillfully deliver them in a compelling presentation

Preferred:

  • Field experience in construction, preferably within the EPC industry
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SuccessFactors
  • Experience in sales and consulting
  • Familiarity with learning and development concepts
