Job Summary:

In this role, you will report to the CWE (Construction Workface Effectiveness) Deployment Lead and act as the facilitator and responsible specialist for rolling out development programs to the field. You will combine your construction background with strong facilitation, engagement, and evaluation skills to ensure successful adoption of training programs across global projects. You will support deployment of current and future programs while driving engagement and effectiveness of learning initiatives in real project environments. #LI-TH1

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program logistics across projects and functions
  •  Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions
  • Track learner engagement and program adoption metrics
  • Compile and analyze survey results and program effectiveness data
  • Support in-person rollouts and project site enablement
  • Increase adoption and engagement in learning programs at all levels
  • Serve as the Deployment voice in feedback loops with the Design team
  • Maintain learning records and integration with SuccessFactors and SharePoint
  • Build reports using Power BI and MS Forms data
  • Support CWE Operations as-required

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Construction Management, Engineering or Learning and Development and 5-8 years of relevant experience experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Field experience in construction, preferably within the EPC industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and SuccessFactors
  • Experience with facilitation, logistics, and learner engagement
  • Familiarity with learning evaluation strategies and feedback cycles
  • Ability to build trust with project stakeholders and site teams
  • Required 50% travel
