Project Overview:
The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S. Our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery next year. The candidate will act as the Area Manager for the Combined Cycle area of the project in Pecos, Texas. The candidate may start in the home office in Reston, or on project site in Pecos, TX, to support preconstruction planning, ahead of project mobilization to the field when the candidate will locate on a long-term assignment to the project in Pecos, TX.
Job Summary:
The Project Accommodations Coordinator will ensure that all rooms are accounted for on the Accommodation Master List, in conjunction with all locations manages via an occupancy report per location. In this role, you would be managing moves, allocating rooms to inbound new hires, allocating vacated rooms, and coordinating moves as needed to balance camp rooms.

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage room occupancy
- Be aware ahead of visits from leadership, functional managers, and others and accommodate special requirements and VIP needs as required as directed by project management.
- Manage and update the Housing Report daily.
- Assist in organizing internal and external moves.
- Liaise with Transportation regarding moves.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of information for weekly and monthly Reports and Dashboards
- Preparing actuals vs. budget analysis reports. Preparing Expense Preapproval Requests as and when requested by the supervisor.
- Validating Invoices
- Liaise with all site managers regarding occupancy reports, Room moves, VIP guests, Special Needs and act on any information given.
- Perform inspections on the properties and prepare reports.
- Ensure that accommodations are clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
- Ensure that company standards for guest services, décor, and housekeeping services are met or exceeded.
- Conduct meetings and training sessions as and when required.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems and advanced analytical ability to build and maintain spreadsheets and presentations.
