Project Overview:
Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global
Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU LNG projects.

Job Summary:
Assists the Industrial Relations Representative and/or WFS Manager in the performance of the Industrial Relations function on a field project, including construction, maintenance and operations project, or participates in support tasks in an office location. Performs research, assists with various administrative tasks, as related to Industrial Relations. Has regular contact with the craft workforce, general public and/or project supervision such as superintendents. #LI-BH1
Major Responsibilities:
- Assists with recruiting efforts of the required manual workforce as needed
- Assists with the preparation and submission of required documentation for government and/or client project requirements
- Performs I-9, employment verifications, background submittals and pre-employment processing as needed
- Checks credentials for authenticity
- Verifies completeness of packages and inputs data for accreditations
- Runs reports for document expiration
- Data entry as required to maintain Industrial Relations automation tools and reports.
- Can assists with updating presentations of Industrial Relations training and orientation programs for craft professionals and their supervisors. These programs cover issues such as on-boarding, work rule enforcement, and grievance procedures for manual employees.
- Maintains continuous contact with Industrial Relations representatives to ensure work practices are in compliance with project/office work rules and applicable labor and equal employment/affirmative action laws.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience and/or basic knowledge of Industrial Relations, or Human Resource functions on field projects or in an office environment.
- Experience in SAP/HRMS tools and applications.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of practical application of labor laws, equal employment/affirmative action legislation and related government policies.
- Skills in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in researching and developing reports and collecting statistical data.
- Demonstrated skill in word processing, spreadsheet applications and data entry.
