Our TA Specialists are critical partners with the business, establishing long-term trust with leaders at all levels, and partnering cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Compensation, and other business partners. 

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding APAC TA team. This is a brand-new & highly visible role offering an exciting opportunity to join us & shape all facets of recruiting success for our West Coast Operations & Projects.

 

This role will blend full life-cycle recruitment and strategic talent needs using integrated talent strategy development where consultation, data-driven storytelling, and collaborative partnerships will be fully leveraged. Success will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas that include targeted Employer Branding & D&I efforts.

 

This role will ideally be based in Perth however hybrid and/or remote working options will also be considered 

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  
  • E2E Recruitment Process: Leading the full life-cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Maintaining superior communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders
  • Search & Sourcing: Developing unique and robust search strategies across a variety of functions and disciplines including research to identify specific target companies and talent based on needs
  • Candidate Engagement: Developing talent prospects into active candidates through effective candidate attraction, engagement, and evaluation, always ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Networking: Building talent networks and leveraging recognized industry sources to develop external talent pipelines
  • Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and advice to business leaders and other stakeholders on talent market and search strategies
  • Collaboration: Partnering with HR & internal TA team members, including TA Coordinators and sourcing support, to ensure a smooth & efficient recruitment strategy & process is completed


About You

  • Previous experience working in a senior level recruitment role – ideally with strategic sourcing, candidate engagement & employer branding as key components (either in house, RPO or recruiting agency environment)
  • Significant experience with full life-cycle executive recruiting process & best practice
  • Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent (experience with behavioural interviewing techniques preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of functional organizations, matrix structure and global organizational culture
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously often with tight deadlines
