The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of technical employment law and its application in both public and private sector construction. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build a high performing team whom are able to effectively drive change through implementation of the strategy.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior Industrial Relations roles within the Construction Industry and have operated in all multiple Australian states in a variety of positions and organisations.
While being either Perth or Brisbane based, the successful candidate will be flexible to travel interstate and to remote locations to maintain leadership presence and remain connected to our project sites.
