Job Summary:
This position within the CWE Organization involves supporting Productivity Engagement Cycles (PECs) to measure productivity on Bechtel Construction job sites and delivering Field Leadership Development Programs. The role requires significant travel, including international assignments, and involves working closely with the Corporate Productivity Lead (CPL), CWE Operations Manager, and CWE Corporate Specialist. The candidate will support a dynamic data analytics program aimed at increasing workface efficiency and fostering a strong leadership culture to retain top field leadership talent.
The role prepares an associate to manage both productivity data measurement and leadership development programs. Candidates may follow either the Leadership Development or Analytics track, with the expectation of gaining skills in the other through on-the-job training. This highly visible role demands versatile communication abilities to engage with all levels of personnel and management.

Major Responsibilities:
CWE Operations Specialist / Corporate Specialist
- Reviews and ensures quality assurance testing on all training materials created
Operations Specialist
- Serves as Workface Resource responsible for facilitating all CWE tools related to the identification and mitigation of workface constraints as defined in the project Construction Workface Effectiveness Execution Plan
- Reporting and tracking project CWE Execution Plan progress and/or consumables from the organization
- Data collection and reporting, root cause analysis, barrier identification and resolution
Corporate Specialist
- Supports key stake holders in the development of learning curriculum and functional development strategy
- Delivers and/or Facilitates workshops and learning solutions
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- 2-4 years working knowledge in construction environment / workforce development
- Proficiency in relevant reporting software such as Power BI (preferred) or Tableau, and languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, R, or SAS.
- Must be able to extract, compile, analyze and present data and information.
- Must be willing to travel approx. 75% of the time.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power BI
