Project Overview The client is the newest member of the fibre network systems with an ambitious rollout of Fibre to the Home across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. As the client’s geographic footprint grows, the need to scale the execution model will increase and will become more urgent. To that end, standardization of approach and process – whether recruiting and retaining talent or resolving design constructability issues - will be critical, including the coordination and communication amongst the various teams.
*Please note positions are based in various locations within the UK in line with client requirements (not London).
Role Overview
Reporting to the Area Build Manager, primary responsibility is the delivery of the full fibre network deployment within a city boundary covering both the civil construction and fibre elements of the build. In addition to this primary responsibility, the role entails:
