Project Overview:
Bechtel and Westinghouse Electric Company have partnered to deliver the first nuclear power reactors in Poland for our customer, the Polish Entity Polskie Elektrownie Jadrowe (PEJ). Bechtel will be the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for the project. As the EPC, our responsibilities will include providing the design for the Turbine Island and Balance of Plant as well as the construction of the entire facility.

This position is subject to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) regulations at 10 CFR Part 810 (Part 810), which govern the transfer of hardware, materials, and technology to support the construction and operation of commercial nuclear power plants overseas.
Job Summary:
The Project Site Security Administrator will perform essential administration tasks for the Poland AP1000 project security administration to ensure the security function supporting is better able to support the project. This position will be located in Lubiatowo-Kopalino at the jobsite.
Major Responsibilities:
- Production and issue of vehicle security passes for project site.
- Maintenance of vehicle record systems.
- Update ANPR systems with project vehicle details if required.
- Manage access records to project site.
- Manage security briefing records.
- Manage emergency records systems of personnel locations.
- Production of evacuation location mapping.
- Security records administration.
- Advise security staff on streamlining of procedures as necessary.
- Translation of security documents as required to/from Polish.
- Interpretation tasks between WBC management and national staff with limited English.
- Any other tasks required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 6-8 years of related professional experience. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of military service or police service or any LEA.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a Polish citizen.
- Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a personal security clearance issued by the Polish Internal Security Agency (ABW) or Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Formal and specialized training in security, industrial relations, personnel and resources, or associated disciplines, and significant experience with law enforcement, public or private sector security organizations.
- Prior experience in security programs, including program planning, personnel and administration.
- Fluency in Polish and English
- High level of text analysis and source retrieval skills
- Commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Excellent time management, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under time pressure with minimal supervision
- Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite
