Job Duties:

The Benefits Administrator will be a part of People Operations, a global shared service. This role will be responsible for administering benefits portfolio and providing operational support to the benefits team under the guidance of the Europe & AIME Total Rewards Manager.


Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the Europe and AIME Total Rewards Manager with data and information for participation in benefits benchmarking surveys
  • Managing enrolments for renewal of benefit plans including testing and configuration of enrolment system, drafting communication/system access guide, updating employee records in system, and responding to employee queries 
  • Providing support to the employees on benefit related queries. Responding to queries escalated by Advisory Services 
  • Maintaining employee data, information and working files according to required confidentiality/privacy standards and best practices 


Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field OR previous experience in HR in lieu of degree
  • Prior experience in benefits administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically SAP
  • Experience working closely with international teams


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in managing benefits in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
