Mining and Metals:
Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries. This shift to clean energy—and the need for commodities—is critical to underpinning the energy transition. Job Summary:
Our Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add a Intern (Practicante) to lead, support and partner with our business in facilitating our internal hiring process. This role will blend full life-cycle recruitment and client facing engagements. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Staffing Specialist to join our team and elevate our internal hiring process.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment activities and assisting throughout the hiring process. You will interact with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to help schedule interviews, manage job postings, and ensure accurate candidate tracking in recruitment systems. Your work will contribute to maintaining organized processes, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting efficient and compliant hiring operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment process by assisting in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Assisting with job posting activities, including reviewing job descriptions, preparing requisitions, and publishing roles on internal and external platforms.
- Maintaining and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation throughout the hiring process.
- Delivering a positive candidate experience by supporting timely communication, follow-ups, and coordination during all stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment processes are executed efficiently and within defined timelines.
- Assisting in administrative and operational tasks, including document preparation, interview coordination, and compliance with internal processes and audits.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Be a graduate student of Human Resources/People Management such as Psychology, Business Administration or related from an accredited university.
- Availability to complete the professional internship for at least 6 months.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Intermediate English level (desirable).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
