Job Summary:
This role will be responsible of managing, supervising and consolidating the technical and documentary information of the CWP, TWP, CRP and TOP systems, ensuring the correct traceability and closure of the delivery packages (TOP) on the SmartCompletion platform. The role is key to ensure the integrity, quality and operability in the review and delivery of the Tie In's Work Package of the systems before their transfer to the client. Must maintain fluid communication with the discipline teams, document control, discipline leaders and leadership in the pre-commissioner.
Major Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and updating the Tie In's Logs and supervising their development by periodically coordinating meetings and audits to the execution of these packages by the contractor.
- Collecting, preparing and keeping updated the documentation of the delivery packages of the subsystems, and reviewing and keeping updated the battery limits of the subsystems in coordination with the leaders of each discipline.
- Coordinating and participating in the completion and delivery walks carried out with the contractor, the client and upload the observed points into the system (Smart Completions).
- Training and providing support to the users of Smart Completions, ensuring compliance with the rules and procedures of the project and the company, and managing and keeping the SmartCompletion system updated, ensuring the correct linking of protocols, records and certificates by discipline and system.
- Providing periodic reports on the progress of the Tie In's Log, the transfer of the delivery packages from the contractor and to the client.
- Reviewing and following up on the observations of the Construction and Engineering transfer packages to Pre-Commissioned until their approval.
- Resolving incidents or inconsistencies in the system database, ensuring that the equipment can operate continuously and without errors.
- Coordinating with discipline leaders to ensure that Tie In's program milestones are aligned with the TOP's progress.
- Participating in progress control meetings, monitoring of to-do lists and documentary quality assurance, ensuring compliance with the delivery control procedures and safety standards established by the project.
- Generating reports on the status of progress of Tie-In's, systems/Subsystems and TOP's, including closing indicators and critical slopes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Role requires an Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Administration, or technical training in administrative or related specialties (or international equivalent) and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience and at least 10 years of experience in management of Tie In's Work Package, TOP's, documents and database management or 5 years of experience in project delivery from the Construction stage to the final delivery to the client is required.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience in the use and administration of document management.
- Technical leadership and detail orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- High commitment to quality, safety and delivery times.
- Proactivity to solve problems and ensure the operability of the system.
- Desirable knowledge in project completion software: Smart Completion, Teamworks, Setroute and Aconex or other document management platforms.
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience in management, control and monitoring of the traceability of technical documentation of systems, preferably with knowledge in quality management.
- Interpretation of drawings, P&IDs, one-line diagrams and instrument lists.
- English language skills are desirable (Minimum Basic Level).
