Site Acquisition Specialist

Reviews and records lease agreement documentation and zoning and permitting decisions.  Performs a variety of assignments to support the activities of the Site Acquisition Coordinator and/or Site Acquisition Manager.


  1. Reviews title reports to verify the correct ownership is represented on lease agreements.
  2. With input from client, determines the need to obtain non-disturbance agreements from landlords.
  3. Provides Site Acquisition market status reports, updates and maintains project database.
  4. Confirms evidence of a fully executed lease with appropriate exhibits, final zoning approval documentation and drawings, building permits, and stamped construction drawing to ensure consistency.
  5. Reviews and processes Phase 1 and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) environmental reports.
  6. Reviews lease redlines, execution documents, and assists with the preparation of lease execution and lease commencement packages.
  7. Reviews all regulatory documentation including zoning determination and conditions imposed by local jurisdictions, state regulatory requirements, federal requirements, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communication Commission and other regulatory agencies.   
  8. Verifies that all site-specific information is consistent throughout the Site Acquisition file documentation.


Experience is generally acquired through an undergraduate degree in real estate (paralegal) or related degree majors; and/or related and progressive work experience. 

Proficient with office automated applications, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication.
