The Bechtel AT&T Mobility project provides project management, site development, procurement, and construction services to the AT&T customer to build new cell sites, upgrade existing sites with new technologies, add bandwidth to existing sites and decommission old technologies. The project has markets located in various regions throughout the U.S.

 

Position Summary:

The Lead Integration Coordinator is responsible for the management of LTE/5G cell site integration activities. The Lead Integration Coordinator will lead a small team of integration coordinators and direct hire integration technicians, and work closely with Lead Field Coordinator(s), under the direction of the Market Scope Manager to accomplish cell site integrations and Call Testing.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Provides Integration Contractor field planning, coordination, and oversight in support of the AT&T Turfing Project Integration functions as required and directed by the Scope Manager. To include but not limited to:

·        Compiles, verifies, and correlates technical data, including client deliverables, related to integration for the assigned cell sites

·        Assists in identifying causes of degraded cell site conditions

·        Coordinates with Field Coordinators, General Contractors, and Integration Vendors to resolve cell site issues and manage Integration specific projects

·        Manages the schedule and progress database used for status, project execution reporting, and monitoring progress of the Integration work for the assigned cell sites

·        Provides regular updates to AT&T client and internal upper management regarding Integration schedule and status

·        Coordinates communications and action requirements with Contractors and Suppliers

·        Supports the Integration process as required in the preparation of material requisition specifications and other related activities and documents

·        Coordinates assigned work with other technical personnel as needed to support the integration team's workload

·        Updates management control systems and prepares status reports

·        Reviews RF datasheets for determination of integration scope

·        Participates in Market Specific Design Reviews through the various required organizations (AT&T RF and Construction) and facilitates sign-off for approval and or comments. Prepare all necessary reports and forms to assure that integration coordinator contract administration functions are performed to include change notices, daily reports, quality inspection reports, etc.

·        Provides input regarding the administrative implementation and control of market-specific systems and workflow processes. Perform as a site safety representative in the oversight of Integration contractor's work

·        Ensures post construction regulatory requirements are obtained and in compliance with the conditions of pre-approval

·        Investigates and directs resolution of technical quality and warranty issues

·        Manages other cell site technical programs

 

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 6 years of practical cell site work experience or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of practical cell site work experience

·        Recent wireless communications experience in the Southern California area

·        Experience with prevailing PIM mitigation cell site construction requirements

·        Prior experience managing cell site Integration in an Ericsson OEM market

·        Proficient data automation skills to utilize standard word and data processing programs

·        Intermediate to advance computer skills

·        Excellent customer communications skills

·        All applicants must have the right to work and remain in the United States

·        All applicants must have a current and valid driver's license

  

Preferred Job Qualifications:

·        Prior Bechtel experience is preferred

·        Prior cross-functional experience is preferred across design and construction

·        Experience using Ericsson ENM

 

Additional Details:

·        An approved project driver's permit is required for this position and must be obtained within 14 days of the report date
