Job Summary:

The Solutions Coordinator supports the development, integration, and execution of cross‑functional solutions across pursuits, studies, and early project phases. This role acts as a central coordination point between engineering, estimating, construction, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure solution concepts are translated into actionable scopes, schedules, and deliverables.The Solutions Coordinator enables efficiency, alignment, and clarity across multiple workstreams, allowing Solutions Managers and Analysts to focus on strategy, value creation, and client engagement.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inputs from multiple disciplines (engineering, estimating, construction, supply chain, digital) to support solution development efforts.
  • Track solution concepts, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies across studies and pursuits.
  • Support integration of technical, commercial, and execution considerations into cohesive solution packages.
  • Assist in organizing and managing deliverables for feasibility studies, paid studies, and proposal efforts.
  • Maintain schedules, action logs, and deliverable trackers for solution‑related workstreams.
  • Support preparation of solution narratives, exhibits, and summary materials for internal and client‑facing use.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Solutions Team and functional contributors.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions related to solution development.
  • Ensure action items and decisions are captured, communicated, and followed through.
  • Support collection, organization, and validation of data used in solution development (e.g., benchmarks, assumptions, staffing inputs).
  • Assist in maintaining solution libraries, templates, and repeatable assets.
  • Help standardize solution development processes and improve efficiency over time.
  • Support transition of solutions from pursuit/study phase into early execution planning.
  • Assist in defining scope boundaries, responsibilities, and handover documentation for downstream teams.
  • Help ensure solution intent is preserved as work transitions to PMTs or delivery teams.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting studies, proposals, or early project phases in industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cross‑functional project teams and matrixed organizations.Exposure to digital tools, analytics, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
 

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Working knowledge of project development, engineering, estimating, or construction processes
  • Proficiency with common collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
