Job Summary:
Bechtel is seeking a DSCS Deployment Analyst to support the OCM team in the successful implementation of people-focused organizational change management (OCM) initiatives through monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the program’s training and communications activities.
In addition to the primary responsibilities below, the successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and contribute quickly to unscheduled tasks and requests, collaborate with a globally-dispersed team, and interact with all levels of employees.
This position will report to the DSCS OCM lead.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-HB1 #LI-Hybrid
Major Responsibilities:
- Support OCM team to deploy training deliverables, track attendees, follow-up with participants, and update training documentation, as needed in the Bechtel learning management system (LMS).
- Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track OCM activities, specifically communications effectiveness, training attendance, utilization, evaluations, and requirements.
- Review and update instructions, communications, and training materials with end-user in mind, as needed
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Technology, Communications, Training, Journalism, or Leadership development
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (including fluency in English) for a global audience is required
- Experience creating analytical dashboards with PowerBI
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, SharePoint, and Copilot
- Some experience providing training, onboarding, or support preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detail
