Job Summary:

Driftwood LNG LLC is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.#LI-CS1

 

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supports Subcontract Professionals with routine duties and closeout
  • May be assigned small-value service agreements
  • Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts
  • Assists Subcontract Manager or Subcontract Professionals in completion of the various administrative tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, Standard Work Process Procedures, and automated subcontract management systems 
  • Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned
  • Conducts investigations and inquires into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned
  • Organizes Materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and prepares periodic status reports
  • Works with Digital Supply chain and other Automation tools

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

Level 1

  • Requires a University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience

Level 2

  • Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Some basic knowledge of contract types, terms and legal requirements.
  • Some basic knowledge of law, negotiations, accounting or cost engineering gained through education or experience.
