Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary AI Specialist to help drive the application of artificial intelligence across our business, with a focus on the Energy industry. This high-impact role will serve as a technical representative in the identification, design, development, and implementation of AI solutions that improve safety, productivity, and decision-making across the business. 

You’ll work helping us integrate AI into the foundation of how we design, build, and deliver mega-projects in the Energy industry, focused on building safer, smarter, faster, and more sustainably. 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI and machine learning concepts, combined with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the engineering and construction sector.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of AI project scope, goals, and deliverables by collaborating with functional subject matter experts to identify and map AI opportunities.
• Assist in gathering and cleaning data to prepare it for AI solution development and implementation.
• Develop Copilot agent solutions in support of project objectives.
• Help collect and organize feedback on AI-enabled products, contributing to the monitoring of key performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities and share information as needed.
• Document requirements and processes by creating spreadsheets, diagrams, and simple process maps to support project planning and communication.
• Contribute to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of AI-powered features by collaborating with development teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Assist in tracking project progress to help ensure activities stay within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in AI/machine learning, preferably within the engineering and construction industry or a related field.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in AI technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio Agent development.
• Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
• Strong python programming skills.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
