Job Summary:

Today, our colleagues team with customers, partners, and suppliers on diverse projects in nearly 40 countries. Talent Management Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support and coordination of various Talent Management and Learning and Development programs and practices to meet business and HR objectives. This position will be located at our Gurugram, India office and it will be a US shift position. The successful candidate must be willing to work in shifts to support US time zones.
Major Responsibilities:
Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the regional talent management team in support of the overall Talent Management strategy, organizational development and change management efforts to include coordination, data entry, reporting, data analysis, tracking and maintenance of resources and other general administrative activities.
- Schedule workshop offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate local course offerings and provide onsite support during class time, promote employee course registration, and update the LMS with course completions, and other learning and user data.
- May provide coordination of intern programs using enterprise guidelines. Provide welcome information, coordinate local events/guest speakers and produce intern event calendar, be a resource and guide to support the internship experience at Bechtel.
- Use enterprise orientation program and guides to assist with the facilitation and coordination of regional new hire orientations.
- Provide administrative functions for the enterprise coaching program for assigned region.
- Maintain coaching resources and rosters, assist with coordination of coaching meetings, run reports and collate materials.
- Provide administrative functions for the internal on-line mentoring program for assigned region to include reporting, analysis, and promotion of the program.
- Provide feedback to mentoring program owner to promote continuous improvement of the program.
Provide administrative functions for all assessment and development tools utilized by the Talent Management team, including (but not limited to):
- 360s, Insights Discovery Assessment. Develop and execute virtual classrooms for all VILT curriculum.
- Provide training to new VILT facilitators to improve VILT effectiveness and participant experience.
- Design eLearning interactive learning exercises, knowledge checks, and final assessment items. Host, and sometimes facilitate, live online classroom (virtual) training.; support the virtual delivery production to include operating system issues, and being a time-keeper and resource during the delivery of the class.
- Pay invoices and keep records of contracts and vendor communications. Interact with accounts payable.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 year of related experience or 5 years of overall experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
- Contributing team member who is willing to step in to support critical department deadlines as required.

- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and use creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, virtual/learning environment (e.g., during a live virtual training event) while consistently providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines and provide timely responses to our customers.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and organized to work in a fast-paced team-based environment.
- Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
