About IS&T Corporate systems

The core function of Corporate Systems is to Develop, implement, maintain and support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supporting Global Payroll, Accounting, Budgeting, Tax, Financial Reporting, Legal, Procure-to-Pay, Facilities, Travel and Expenses, Time Collection, HR, IR, Benefits and Employee Assignment Management. It also Manage, monitor and maintain access controls, scheduled job runs and system integrations with internal and external upstream and downstream systems.

About HR Payroll Technical Team

SAP team provides technical support including business process analysis, requirements definition, configuration, development and production support for key on-premise and cloud platforms supporting core HR and Payroll functions and processes. Our portfolio includes Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Off-Boarding, HR Master data, Organization Management, Personnel Development, Benefits, Assignment Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Digital Forms, SAP SuccessFactors, BrassRing, FieldGlass, Qualtrics, SAP CI (Cloud Integration Platform), SmartStaff and other Custom Corporate HR applications. Core Payroll processes supported are Time, EXPAT, Non-Manual, Project specific payroll, In-Country Taxes, EXPAT taxes and 3rd Party Remittance.

 

General Job Description– The SAP Technology college hire would reside in the Corporate Systems Development & Maintenance Group  and would be working on SAP Technology Platform for HR and Payroll systems

Background and responsibilities include:

•           Build HR and Payroll Solutions using SAP Technology platform

•           SAP Gateway platform to enable Employee Services for all employees

•           SAP Technology Platform will encompass – SAP Data Services, SAP WEB IDE, SAP Process Integration Platform, SAP ABAP objects, Workflow and SAP Cloud Platform Integration

Basic Qualification: Bachelor’s Technology Degree - Preferred (Engineering) with related work experience of 0-3 years in SAP R/3 HR / Payroll using ABAP Object

 

Support APIs using ABAP and SAP Gateway platform

Knowledge and Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

Knowledge of Data Dictionary (Data Modeling Tool)

Knowledge and understanding of Database design and concepts

Knowledge and experience in building an application software
