Basic Skills/Qualifications

1.Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (MCA/BCA/BE)

2.Good written and verbal communication skills

3.Agility and quick learner

4.Understanding of the Software development lifecycle

5.Good Analytical, problem solving and customer handling skills

6.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities


Techno-Functional  Skills (Hands On)

•6+ years’ experience supporting Oracle E-business Suite

•6+ years’ Support experience in Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, Sourcing, OM and Financial Modules (AP,AR,GL)

•3+ years’ knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Database Objects, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports

•Manage and track SNOW Tickets and timely routing the SNOW ticket to developer/functional team

•Should be able to help developers/functional team to identify the re-occurrence of issue of similar type

•Work with process owners and other stakeholders for issue resolution

•Create Process documents for Support Process

•Work with developers/Functional team

•Should be able to understand end-to-end SCM/ Financial applications modules/processes

•Manage multiple tasks, prioritize and work efficiently

•EBS 12.2.7 experience
