What you’ll do:

  • Experience should include expertise in planning, configuring, maintaining, patching, upgrading, and monitoring of 2013/2016/2019 SharePoint environments.
  • Perform analysis of O365 needs. Specifically contribute, coordinate, and facilitate the design and installation of products and services
  • Assist with the design, scope, implementation, governance, and documentation for a MS SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online.
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow
  • Create using (SharePoint Framework SPFx) website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
  • Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices
  • Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management
  • Assist business and IT with SPO Site migrations, including evaluating existing sites, workflows, and templates for fitness and assisting in the implementation of replacements as appropriate.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and production change information with external vendors and internal IT and Business partners.
  • Work with Bank IT security to define and establish appropriate role-based access to SharePoint Online resources, including a review of current access and the implementation of appropriate revisions and governance.
  • Assist support and operations teams with documenting related knowledge base articles appropriate for both internal IT use and self-service.
  • Attend and participate in Agile ceremonies and other meetings as they relate to position responsibilities.
  • Able to handle high workload, multitask, and take responsibility for deliverables, as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience for Grade 23 and 8 years for Grade 24 in a SharePoint Administrator role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016
  • Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016
  • Experience in SharePoint Frame work, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy to PROD
  • Strong knowledge of the .Net framework (C#), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration
  • Must have expertise building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs
  • Excellent knowledge around UI/UX
