HR Applications Specialist - SuccessFactors

The HR Applications Specialist is an integral member of the HR Systems team. This position is the primary customer service and incident resolution contact for Bechtel's HR Applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the incident queue in which customers reach out for assistance.

 

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a SAP or SuccessFactors in a corporate environment and preferably have a basic understanding of HR data structures and relationships. Additionally, excellent customer service skills with an advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

 

Job Description/Requirements:

 

Primary user support resource for Bechtel’s HR System applications, tools, and platforms.

 

Functions as primary user and deployed administrator incident triage and resolution resource. Operates as Tier 1 solution resource for user and training activity error/assistance requests.

 

Addresses and resolves user and deployed administrator incidents as quickly and as thoroughly as possible with the highest level of customer service.

 

Enforces standard processes and procedures based on direction from Senior System Administrators.

 

Provides consulting to the users and deployed administrators communities and delivers consistently excellent customer service.

 

Nurtures relationships with users and customers to guide and recommend best practices, maximize features and functionality of tools, and ensure a positive user experience.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelor Level Degree in Business Information Systems or a similar field, plus 2 years minimum of system support related work experience.

 

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with SuccessFactors/ SAP, with a focus in the LMS module, in a corporate application support environment.

 

Must be able to work an afternoon/evening schedule (approximately 12pm – 8:30pm (IST)) and is based in Bechtel's New Delhi, India office.

 

Proven technical acumen with software and online/web-based tools with advanced proficiency with MS Office products.

 

Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and demonstrably advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Ability to manage multiple projects/issues and work with minimal supervision.

 

Ability to understand the importance of deadlines and meet them consistently.

Ability to take initiative and follow-through on agreements.

 

Must be a team player, self-motivated, optimistic and with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
