About This Role:
As the function that touches all our employees, our Talent Acquisition team has a special role in capitalizing on opportunities and creating the future for Bechtel. 
We are currently looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team in India & lead all strategic and leadership recruitment for the India region. This is a brand-new & highly visible role for the organization & an exciting opportunity to join us & shape our emerging global Executive recruitment function.
You will partner cross-functionally with business leaders, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to develop search strategies and deliver executive, strategic, and hard-to-find talent to the business. Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of strategic and executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer negotiation.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Leading the full life-cycle recruitment for our executive/c-suite level, and hard-to-fill positions including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
•    Search & Sourcing: Developing unique and robust search strategies across a variety of functions and disciplines including research to identify specific target companies and talent based on needs
•    Candidate Engagement: Developing talent prospects into active candidates through effective candidate engagement and evaluation
•    Networking: Building out talent networks and leverage recognized industry sources to develop external talent pipelines
•    Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and advice to business leaders and other stakeholders on talent market and search strategies
•    Relationships Identifying and building relationships with senior & strategic talent across various industry sectors & disciplines – providing a high-touch, ‘white-glove’ candidate experience 
•    Stakeholder Management: Maintaining superior communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders

 

About You:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field plus 8 years of related professional experience OR 12 years of related professional experience in lieu of degree 
•    Previous experience working in an Executive or senior level recruitment role – ideally with strategic sourcing & candidate outreach as a key component (either in house, RPO or recruiting agency environment)
•    Significant experience with full life-cycle executive recruiting process & best practice
•    Prior experience in passive sourcing techniques and assessing talent (experience with behavioral interviewing techniques)
•    Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, etc.
•    Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities
•    Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, collaboration and critical thinking skills
•    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
•    Demonstrated understanding of functional organizations, matrix structure and global organizational culture
•    Self -motivated with the ability to work autonomously often with tight deadlines
