ROLE OVERVIEW:
Bechtel is currently seeking a Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) Analyst to join the Bechtel India Supply Chain Automation team at our office in Gurugram. Specialist will work with DSCS SME, module owners and other technical team members to understand and evaluate functional requirements and develop solutions to support business upgrades and Project requirements. It is expected that the selected candidate will plan, execute, and support application designs and process throughout project life cycles in coordination with both functional and technical team.

Reports to and receives operational direction from the Digital Supply Chain System’s functional SME
At jobsite locations, reports to and receives operational direction from the Project Field Procurement Manager

Maintains working relationships with automation team members both technical and functional from India and US offices, in order to perform assigned duties.
Maintains working relationships with users across various procurement and other disciplines to performance assigned tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business requirements
Functional testing of various modules during enhancements and bug fixes
Preparation of test plans, execution of test cases, recording of results in HP Quality Center
Creating JIRA tickets for system bugs and identified enhancements
Preparing functional design documents for the development of new features and functionalities
Updating the DSCS Wiki articles for changes or enhancements to the tool
Analyze and resolve operational problems and take corrective actions as necessary.
Strong team skills to gain credibility with business users, stakeholders, ability to work with other technical team members
Performs other duties as assigned
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
Basic Power BI /Tableau or APEX skills
Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems a plus
Basic understanding Database concepts
Advanced Microsoft Product skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data integrations and data management is a plus
Knowledge of software testing lifecycle management is a plus
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in the Field of Supply Chain or Automation.
Expereince required is 3-10 years
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
General automation skills that demonstrate a good understanding of the link between work process and tools
A customer-service-oriented individual with a professional demeanor
