Job Summary:

Bechtel is seeking a DSCS Deployment Coordinator to join Bechtel’s global Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) team. The position will work with the team to advance the team’s training and communications program and support functional deployments. It is expected that the selected candidate will work in close coordination with a globally dispersed functional and technical team to plan, execute, and support creation of instructional articles, newsletters, and other training materials that reflect the Digital Supply Chain System’s design and use.

  • Reports to and receives operational direction from the DSCS Operations Manager in close coordination with the DSCS OCM Lead and functional subject matter experts (SMEs).

Contacts

  • Maintains working relationships with automation team members both technical and functional from India and US offices, in order to perform assigned duties.
  • Maintains working relationships with users across various procurement and other disciplines to performance assigned tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support DSCS Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, specifically around communications to and training of user community
  • Work with subject matter experts and product owners to develop training and communication deliverables, organize trainings, track attendees, update documentation, etc.
  • Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track OCM activities, specifically around training delivery and other progress reporting
  • Work with teams to prepare and deliver weekly newsletters, SharePoint updates, and other communications that highlight features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Review and update communications, marketing, and training materials with end-user in mind.

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from accredited university
  • At least 5 years of professional experience that demonstrates increasing responsibilities and direct interfacing with customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment 
  • Analyze and resolve problems and take corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Strong team skills to gain credibility with business users, stakeholders, ability to work with other technical team members 
  • A customer-service-oriented individual with a professional demeanor



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interest and skills in writing (English) and marketing required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of complex technology systems  
  • Basic understanding of supply chain management concepts and EPC companies is helpful
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerBI desired but not required.
  • Video editing capabilities to create and edit video tutorials and other training materials strongly desired
