Job Summary:

As an FP&A Business Analyst, you will work with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to provide financial planning, analytical support, and strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data analytics to inform decision making, and contribute to optimizing our financial reporting and planning mechanisms.  The ideal candidate combines strong financial planning expertise with advanced ad-hoc analytical capabilities, enabling to translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare executive reports including performance, profitability, overhead, personnel, cash flow, offices, capital expenditure, and reserves.
• Collaborate with other organizational members to ensure accuracy and validity of data on briefing packages and dashboards. Review and validate outputs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and reporting standards.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify performance trends, risk, and opportunities.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
• develop infographics and document insights from company-wide historical and forecast performance data to stimulate meaningful reviews by senior executives at periodic leadership meetings.
• Maintaining Corporate FP&A hub including FP&A calendar, guidelines, and policies.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives, risk assessment, and performance evaluation.

• Customize dashboard layouts, visualizations, and interactivity features to meet business requirements and user preferences.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Power BI dashboards and underlying data flows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
• Explore opportunities for process automation, predictive analytics, and advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field of study (statistics, finance, or related discipline).
• Minimum 8 - 9 years of professional experience, preferably in FP&A but otherwise in finance or consulting role.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Master of Business Administration degree is plus.
• Experience in construction, engineering, banking or consulting industries is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to translate business requirements into data analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Utilize Hyperion planning / Essbase to manage forecast cycles, data consolidation, and reporting.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity
