Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary
Assist with development, updates and maintenance of international and national assignment conditions for offices and projects both inside and outside the USA. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Corporate Compensation and Policy teams, Global Business Unit management and HR staff in each location to establish a schedule and process for regular updates and reviews of existing assignment conditions and development of new conditions (both international and national). 
  • Develop standard assignment conditions templates for each country.  
  • Define processes for establishing assignment incentives, housing and living allowances and other compensation elements applicable to international and national assignments.  
  • Maintain comparative matrixes of international and national conditions and provide reports to management.  
  • Maintain conditions and conditions codes databases. 
  • Maintain compensation tables.
  • Monitor market conditions, labor laws and tax regulations in various countries.  
  • Participate in surveys and networking groups focused on national and international conditions within the Engineering and Construction Industry.  

 Qualifications and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four year degree from an accredited institution with a major in Business Administration or related field
  • Must have the legal right to work in the US without sponsorship


Additional  Qualifications:

  • Two years experience in a human resources or international business related role
  • Experience in global mobility, international tax, or immigration
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent automation skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Advanced in Excel (creating formulas, updating current excel tables, etc.)
  • Experience with various reporting tools, e.g, Business Objects and SAP AdHoc reports.
  • Strong analytical and written communications skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
