Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for programming in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. You will design, build, and develop application components, coding modules, Add-ons and Extensions. You will analyze, develop and evaluate systems and provide recommendations for innovative and continuous improvements that will enhance organizational performance, plus support existing SAP HR and Payroll systems. #LI-LO1
Major Responsibilities:
- Code program bug fixes and enhancements in SAP R/3 HR / Payroll using ABAP programming
- Develop and support HR Forms using SAP On-prem / SAP cloud technology platform
- SPDD and SPAU maintenance
- Ensure existing code complies with complex business rules
- Recommend cost-effective & creative technical solutions (including programmatic, configuration and non system)
- Research interface problems, including de-bugging and fixing using development standards
- Develop and Manage Web Services (SAP Gateway)
- Develop and Manage SAP Process Integrator (PI) and SAP CPI to support existing interfaces
- Monitor and prioritize development work status via JIRA (Change Management tool)
- Analyze and diagnose applications problems, recommend system solutions and implement technology solutions.
- Develop technical specifications in accordance with IS&T standards and procedures.
- Provide second level operations end user support.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Technology Degree - Preferred (Science/Engineering/Information and Technology)
- Software Application programming language (ABAP Objects) and understanding of relational databases
- Knowledge and experience with software support, development, maintenance, software quality assurance and software development life cycle
- Knowledge and understanding of concepts related to integration technologies such as SOAP, XML, JSON, REST etc.
- +5 years of SAP technical experience
